The beauty of Mora ESS lies both on the inside and the outside. It is essential for a single lever mixer to be user-friendly. Mora ESS offers significant hot water savings with minimal impact on comfort. You’ll always get cold water when the lever is pointing straight towards you. Most people find this the most comfortable position for turning the tap on and off. The next time you turn the mixer on, you start from the cold position. This stops you wasting hot water.

Another benefit is that when you only open the mixer briefly, you avoid drawing hot water into the pipes that remains unused and goes cold.

Because the hot water is only activated when the lever is moved to the left of the centre line, you have to intentionally turn the lever to the left to activate the hot water. Mora ESS prevents the hot water from being activated unintentionally.

Mora ESS – wide cold water zone

Mora Temp ESS mixers have a very wide cold water zone of 30 degrees, which almost completely eliminates the risk of unintentionally activating the hot water. By comparison, conventional mixers have a cold water zone of only 5 degrees. Hot or warm tap water can pose a serious health risk, and should not be used for drinking or preparing food.
